Design & permits
We finalize the layout, handle permit applications where needed, and order materials.
Foundation
Footings or slab poured to code depth for Saskatchewan frost conditions.
Frame & build
Wood frame goes up. Sheathing, roofing, siding, doors, and windows installed.
Walkthrough
We walk the finished garage with you. Job isn't done until you're completely satisfied.
A Note on Permits
Garages almost always require a building permit in Saskatoon, and the process depends on your lot, the size of the structure, and whether it's attached or detached.
We handle permits on a job-by-job basis — on some projects we manage it for you, and on others we'll walk you through what's needed and what you're responsible for. Either way, we make sure you know exactly where things stand before work begins.
When we handle it
On most full garage builds we manage the permit application as part of the project. We'll confirm this during your quote.
When you handle it
Some jobs — particularly additions or projects with unusual site conditions — may require the homeowner to pull the permit. We'll tell you upfront and help you understand what's needed.
